For a safe and fun day at EssexFest 2021

Security is our number one priority not only for public safety and the safety of our performers but for our crew and volunteers.

 

One bag per person is allowed and will be checked by our onsite security teams.

 

Last entry into the festival is at 20:30PM. If you arrive after last entry you will be denied entry and no refunds will be processed for late arrivals.

 

Set times will be published closer to the time of the event.

You cannot bring your own alcohol! We have several bars onsite including a VIP Bar area. EssexFest operates a 'Challenge 25 Policy'. Please ensure you have the correct ID on arrival.

 

We recommend printing all e-tickets as this will speed up the entry process

 

PLEASE PACK LIGHT
ALL bags and pushchairs will be searched. You can really help us by travelling light and not bringing large bags, trolleys or rucksacks. We would ask everyone to be prepared (bags open), patient and to co-operate with any security requests.

 

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY
The above security measures will make getting into the festival slower than usual and there will be queues. It would be a great help if you could plan for this, allow extra time for arrival and entry, and work with us to make it as speedy and pleasant as possible.

 

PLEASE REMEMBER
Alcohol is not permitted. You may bring water but water must be in sealed plastic bottles or unopened cartons.

There will be plenty of security staff around, so if you have any queries or concerns, please don’t hesitate to speak to them.
